Well, no one was suprised by the class action lawsuits being filed against Toyota. A national class action suit filed by McCuneWright, LLP, a law firm in Southern California, regarding sudden acceleration claims has been open since Nov. 2009. The case is only made stronger by the Toyota’s massive recall.
There are class action lawsuits being filed for consumers who purchased Toyota stock between August 4, 2009 and Feb 2, 2010. New class action filings are in the works for Toyota owners.
